We are seeking a
SAP FICO Consultant
to join our technology and business consulting team.
You will provide support and advocate for asset and lease accounting processes, ensuring month-end accuracy and facilitating change requests within SAP. This role requires strong expertise in SAP FI and REFX modules alongside IFRS standards. You will collaborate with multiple stakeholders to design and implement effective configurations, assess solution feasibility, and manage potential risks. Responsibilities
Collaborate with asset accounting and lease accounting teams to address month-end SAP issues
Analyze and resolve discrepancies in SAP financial data during month-end closing
Work with stakeholders to gather requirements and define objectives for change requests
Design and implement SAP configurations and modifications to support new functionalities
Advise team members on the feasibility and impact of proposed SAP solutions
Assess risks and potential effects of changes within SAP processes
Develop custom reporting solutions for key performance indicators in SAP REFX
Support integration of planning and budgeting activities within SAP PS module
Manage service charge settlement and subleasing processes using SAP REFX
Apply IFRS 16 valuation principles within SAP system
Maintain clear communication with English-speaking stakeholders
Promote teamwork and share responsibilities to achieve overall project success
Demonstrate proactive problem-solving and organizational skills
Operate independently with minimal supervision
Requirements
Minimum 3 years of experience in SAP FICO consulting
Proficiency in SAP FI basic and REFX modules including measurements and lease accounting
Strong knowledge of IFRS standards, specifically IFRS 16 valuation
Experience with space and occupancy management in SAP REFX
Capability to design custom KPI reporting solutions based on SAP REFX data models
Familiarity with service charge settlement and subleasing processes
English language proficiency at B2 level or higher
Effective communication and organizational skills
Demonstrated ability to work independently and proactively
Team-oriented mindset with respectful communication
Nice to have
Experience using Atlassian Jira for project tracking
Background in ServiceNow platform usage
