Base pay range $100,000.00/yr - $140,000.00/yr

As an Onboarding Project Manager, you’ll be at the heart of Regard’s mission, leading customers through seamless implementations that drive rapid adoption and measurable impact. You will partner closely with hospital executives, physician leaders, and cross-functional Regard teams to deliver projects on time, within scope, and with exceptional client experiences.

This role is ideal for a detail-oriented, proactive leader who thrives in a dynamic startup environment and is passionate about improving healthcare through technology.

This position requires recent project management experience in the acute care setting and experience with Epic or Cerner EHR integrations.

Responsibilities

Lead healthcare clients through successful implementations of the Regard platform

Partner with hospital executives, physician leaders, and cross-functional Regard teams to deliver projects on time and within scope

Build trusted relationships that position Regard as a strategic partner in each client's digital transformation

Drive project coordination and training schedules in close partnership with Customer Success Managers so clients see immediate value

Develop and own the project implementation plan in collaboration with clients, defining project scope, timeline, and resources

Track and manage dependencies across integration, training, and adoption efforts

Proactively identify risks and issues, driving timely mitigation plans and reports

Monitor user feedback during UAT and facility go-live, escalating issues appropriately, and providing status updates to clients

Leverage project management and data analytics tools to monitor implementation progress

Minimum Qualifications

3+ years of project management experience in healthcare

2+ years of experience implementing Cerner or Epic EHR in an acute care setting

Strong proficiency in Excel, analytics, and modeling

Located within 50 miles of a major airport and willing to travel to client sites as needed (25-50% of time)

Preferred Qualifications

Experience working in a healthcare technology startup

Deep familiarity with acute care workflows and hospital dynamics

PMP or equivalent project management certification

Excited about working with a nimble, small team in a dynamic startup environment

Proactive and detail-oriented with the ability to collaborate across teams and lead clients through change

For this role, Regard is currently only considering candidates who are authorized to work in the US without visa sponsorship

At Regard, we carefully consider a wide range of factors when determining compensation, including your skills, qualifications, location, and experience. We expect the base salary for this position to be in the range of $100,000 to $140,000. The base pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future.
