Job Description Ready to shape something from the ground up? We are launching an exciting new centralized bill pay operation for our Enterprise Service Team, and we're looking for a detail-oriented Bookkeeper to lead the charge. You'll have the unique opportunity to implement and own an entirely new bill pay process while collaborating with Partner teams to deliver exceptional client experiences. This isn't just maintaining existing systems - you're building the foundation for how we serve our clients going forward.

Essential Responsibilities
Streamline expense processing and ensure timely payments
Track and categorize expenses with precision
Reconcile bank accounts and maintain accurate records
Generate comprehensive monthly expense and financial reports
Maintain client transaction details and supporting documentation utilizing QuickBooks
Monitor client account cash levels daily and process transfers to ensure sufficient funds for bill payments
Prepare ad hoc reporting for Clients and Partners
Partner with teams across the organization to optimize client service delivery
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business, or Finance
Proficiency in QuickBooks
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications

This is a non-exempt, full-time, salary role that reports to the Manager of Billpay and Bookkeeping.
