Your Role & What You’ll Do We’re looking for a hands‑on, working manager ready to roll up their sleeves and lead by example. This isn’t just about delegating—it’s about doing. You’ll directly manage billing and collections processes, resolve complex issues, and drive performance improvements while mentoring a talented Revenue Cycle team. As a key member of the leadership team, you’ll play an integral role in shaping the financial success of a fast‑growing, mission‑driven organization.

Lead and manage all billing and accounts receivable (AR) resolution activities to ensure accuracy, timeliness, and compliance.

Actively participate in daily billing, payment posting, and collections—performing when needed to set the standard.

Monitor team performance, providing feedback, ongoing training, coaching, and process improvement strategies.

Analyze reports and payer data to identify trends, reduce aged AR, and improve reimbursement rates.

Collaborate with payers and internal teams to resolve denials, prevent backlogs, and maintain compliance.

Ensure accurate posting of refunds, recoups, and reconciliation updates.

Serve as a servant leader, promoting a positive, accountable, and collaborative team environment.

Drive innovation and scalability as BI expands to new states—building efficient, replicable revenue cycle systems to support rapid growth.
