About the Role:
Top client in the Memphis, Tennessee area is looking for a dependable and professional X‑Ray Technologist to join our growing medical imaging team. This position plays a vital role in patient care, helping clinicians diagnose and treat a wide variety of conditions through high‑quality imaging. If you’re passionate about diagnostic radiology and patient‑first care, we want to hear from you.
Responsibilities:
Perform routine and emergency diagnostic X‑ray procedures with precision and care.
Ensure proper positioning and radiation protection for patients and staff.
Use imaging systems (CR / DR / PACS) to capture and submit images for radiologist review.
Maintain cleanliness and readiness of equipment and exam rooms.
Verify patient identity and educate patients on the imaging process.
Monitor patients during procedures to ensure safety and comfort.
Follow departmental and regulatory protocols, including HIPAA compliance.
Qualifications:
Graduate of an accredited Radiologic Technology program.
ARRT certification (R) required.
CPR / BLS certification.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Experience with digital imaging systems preferred.
