Summary:
We are seeking a Territory Sales Manager to grow our market share in the Salt Lake City/Idaho territory. The position targets hospitals, schools, food & beverage producers, pharmaceutical manufacturers, micro‑electronics manufacturers and commercial office buildings, selling ASHRAE filters and HEPA/ULPA filters.
Responsibilities
Oversee sales in the Salt Lake City/Idaho market and obtain orders from customers.
Drive sales and margin growth through the identification and implementation of strategic initiatives.
Manage the entire sales process including prospecting, sales calls, site surveys, preparing quotes and presentations, overcoming objections and securing orders.
Use CRM system for input and tracking of all information related to prospecting, appointments, opportunities, contacts, quotes, target accounts, and sales tools.
Travel throughout the greater Salt Lake City/Idaho area.
Complete special projects and other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree preferred.
Business‑to‑Business sales experience preferred.
HVAC background desirable.
Engineering background a plus.
Strong organization, time management, listening, attention to detail and ability to work independently with strong computer skills.
Work Environment Office, warehouse and plant environments. Employee may need to wear personal protective equipment in certain areas and access all departments of the organization’s facilities.
