Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role located in Tempe, AZ, for a Sales Arborist. The Sales Arborist will assess client needs, provide expert recommendations for tree, turf, and landscape care, and develop customized treatment plans to enhance plant health. The role involves building and maintaining client relationships, delivering educational consultations, conducting on‑site evaluations, and ensuring the highest standards of service. Additionally, the Sales Arborist will collaborate with internal teams to ensure program execution aligns with client expectations.

Qualifications

Expertise in Arboriculture and Forestry

Proficiency in Tree Identification and knowledge of trees in Arizona

Certified Arborist designation or the ability to obtain certification

Strong interpersonal and communication skills for client interactions

Experience in sales or customer‑focused roles is an advantage

Passion for sustainable and science‑based plant health solutions

Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., Horticulture, Environmental Science) is a plus
