Position Overview Implements components of a physical therapy care plan under the direction of a licensed physical therapist. Provides therapeutic exercises, functional training, and patient education to improve mobility and quality of life.
Responsibilities
Assist licensed PTs in developing and implementing patient care plans.
Deliver therapeutic exercises and functional training to patients.
Educate patients on exercises, posture, and mobility strategies.
Document treatment sessions and progress with accurate charting.
Qualifications
Minimum of 1 year of current work experience as a Physical Therapist Assistant.
California State Healthcare Provider license or willingness to obtain one.
Ability to travel and work flexible hours.
Certifications Required
Basic Life Support (BLS)
