Hospitality Services of Baltimore is looking for an experienced Hotel Maintenance Engineer.
Our busy hotel is seeking an energetic, customer-oriented maintenance engineer to ensure that all of our visitors have an excellent experience at our property. You'll be in charge of the building's maintenance and preventative programs daily to ensure people's enjoyment, health, and safety.

Responsibilities:
Create an available channel of communication between you and other staff, including managers.
React to emergencies that happen before, during, and after your regular work shifts
Follow all engineering safety rules and regulations
Maintain all of the hotel's equipment and preventative maintenance plans
Work with a variety of tools hammers and screwdrivers, paint/drywall, drills, wrenches, and other maintenance tools of the trade
Qualifications:
You will need 2-4 years of experience in a maintenance role
Must have a high school diploma or the equivalent GED
Valid driver’s license and good driving record required
Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills are necessary
Company Description Hospitality Services of Baltimore (HSB Construction) is a growing hotel renovation company. We are looking for motivated individuals that get excited about construction and seeing a renovation project from start to completion. We do fast paced and quality construction and have many repeat clients. We work on Hilton, Marriott, and IHG properties. We provide a company vehicle and travel per diem as sometimes our projects require travel.
