If you haveabachelor’s degree in industrial engineering or related field,7+ years of experience in industrial engineering, manufacturing engineering, oroperations;or an equivalent combination of education and experience, and proficiency with data analysis software (Excel, Minitab, Power BI), PPI wants to hear from you!

Essential duties/responsibilities

Lead costing initiatives including product and process costing, cost‑benefit analyses, payback models, and project justifications.

Partner with operations, finance, and quality teams to identify and implement cost‑reduction opportunities across labor, materials, overhead, and capital investment.

Maintain and improve cost/time estimating equations and manufacturing routings.

Support Estimating with special quoting for new and unique products.

Conduct time studies, capacity analysis, and production balancing to validate standards, improve accuracy, and optimize throughput.

Support automation and capital equipment projects from evaluation through implementation, ensuring financial and productivity targets are achieved.

Develop and maintain standard work, work instructions, and performance metrics to drive process stability and scalability.

Provide technical support for new and existing products to ensure cost‑effective manufacturability and smooth production transitions.

Analyze data and prepare reports to summarize costs, performance trends, and improvement opportunities.

Mentor junior engineers, providing technical leadership and promoting a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.

Travel domestically and internationally as required.
