The Opportunity
We’re looking for an
Electrical & Fire Alarm Engineer
with strong Revit skills to join our collaborative team. In this role, you’ll work on diverse NYC building projects, taking ownership of lighting, power, and fire alarm designs while ensuring compliance with local and national codes. You’ll collaborate with architects, contractors, and other trades, and see your work through from initial concept to completed construction.
What You’ll Do
Lead the design of
building lighting, power, and fire alarm systems
Produce
detailed construction documents
in Revit and AutoCAD
Conduct
field surveys
and participate in client and project team meetings
Coordinate closely with architects, contractors, and fellow engineers across disciplines
Apply a strong working knowledge of
NYC Electrical/FA Codes
and national standards
Manage your workload independently while contributing to a highly collaborative environment
What We’re Looking For
Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering
3+ years’ experience in an MEP firm
High proficiency in Revit
(must‑have) and AutoCAD
Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills
Ability to set goals, meet deadlines, and adapt to shifting priorities
Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
A self‑starter mindset with a commitment to exceeding client expectations
