The Ritz‑Carlton Yacht Collection is seeking a passionate and experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our dynamic HR team. In this role you will manage the end‑to‑end talent acquisition process, globally source exceptional candidates, and guide them through a seamless onboarding experience. Your expertise will ensure alignment with our business leaders and organizational objectives, cultivating a team that embodies the luxury and service excellence of our brand.

Key Responsibilities

Manage all aspects of the recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates.

Utilize ATS, LinkedIn, job boards, and social media to attract and engage qualified candidates.

Conduct intake meetings with business leaders to understand staffing needs, job requirements, and business goals.

Evaluate resumes and applications, conduct interviews, and assess candidates to ensure they meet qualifications and cultural fit.

Collaborate with hiring managers and teams to promote understanding of the recruitment process and provide updates on candidate pipelines.

Implement creative sourcing strategies to identify and engage passive candidates.

Foster a positive candidate experience by maintaining clear communication and providing timely feedback.

Track and analyze recruitment metrics to improve hiring effectiveness, identify trends, and report on progress to HR leadership.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).

3–5 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, with a proven track record in end‑to‑end processes; experience in luxury retail, hospitality, or luxury travel a plus.

Proficiency in Workday ATS platforms and recruitment technologies, and experience using LinkedIn for sourcing.

Self‑starter with initiative, capable of working independently and managing multiple tasks effectively.

Passion for recruitment and a drive for innovation to attract top talent.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage and build rapport with candidates and stakeholders.
