Perform routine administration such as setting up new users and permissions for SharePoint

Most of the SP Team’s initiatives are focused on transitioning from SharePoint Classic to SharePoint modern/Online

Old SharePoint on-prem classic systems are being re-created in SharePoint Modern/Online

The most important experience to target will be migration experience & SharePoint Online experience

Tools to focus on: Power Automate, Sharegate & Quest would be nice to have as well

Description

Perform routine administration such as setting up new users and permissions for SharePoint

Develop SharePoint out of the box solutions to business problem and processes

Develop and maintain workflows within SharePoint

Troubleshoot issues that customers are having

Facilitate communication between end users and the client

Develop and maintain application documentation

Monitor and coordinate resolution of application problems through service desk tickets

Develop and maintain required reporting

Learn complex application functions to facilitate resolving issues

Create, update, and manage Power Apps, Power Automate, and related solutions

Ensure integrations between SharePoint and the Power Platform are maintained and adjusted when needed

Ensuring any deprecated or unsupported features are updated to supported technologies following best practices

Assisting users with creating, optimizing, and troubleshooting Power Apps and/or Power Automate flows

PowerShell experience preferred

Perform other related assigned duties as necessary to complete the primary job responsibilities as described above

Qualifications

Proven ability to provide written documentation and correspondence on various versions of SharePoint

Proven ability to develop and a present a plan to other members of the project team

Proven ability to resolve/manage conflict within a team

Proven ability to perform advanced troubleshooting between applications

Advanced analytical and troubleshooting skill

Advanced problem-solving skills

Aids fellow Application Administrators

Understanding of business function(s) as they relate to the application

Experience managing application integrations and implementations

Advanced understanding of ITIL concepts

Proven to be self-motivated

Advanced customer service orientation

Proven ability to work in a team-oriented, collaborative environment

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or related degree (or equivalent education, experience and training)

Experience with Power Automate, Power Apps, Power Platform, ShareGate, Quest, and PowerShell

Experience with SharePoint Online migration

Experience Level Intermediate Level

Pay range: $35.00 – $45.00/hr
