Overview We’re seeking an experienced
IT Support Specialist
to provide hands-on technical support across multiple plant sites. The ideal candidate has strong communication skills, thrives in fast-paced environments, and can support both end users and infrastructure with professionalism and urgency. Key Responsibilities
Provide on-site IT support for plant operations, resolving hardware, software, and connectivity issues quickly and effectively. Act as the main IT contact for all communications, coordination, and on-site projects. Support senior management and plant operators with Tier 2–3 desktop, LAN, and user issues. Deploy and maintain PCs, laptops, printers, and basic networking/telecom equipment. Collaborate with the Network Team on equipment installations and site upgrades. Manage and close tickets in the help desk system; document issues and resolutions. Assist with IT projects, system moves, and plant buildouts. Maintain asset inventory and adhere to all Plant and OSHA safety protocols. Qualifications 3–4 years of general IT experience (plant, industrial, or manufacturing environment preferred). Military background a strong plus for structure, safety, and adaptability. Working knowledge of
Windows 10/11 ,
Microsoft 365 ,
Active Directory , and
Intune (MEM) . Familiarity with
networking, telecom , and
server environments . Experience with
Dell/Lenovo hardware ,
printers , and
Apple mobile devices . Strong communication, troubleshooting, and customer service skills. Seniority level
