Position Summary As an Independent Optometrist leasing space inside Walmart stores, you will lead patient care in eye and vision health, and general wellbeing. You will have full autonomy over schedule, location, fee structure, and patient volume, and keep 100% of professional exam fees.

Establish your days of practice and hours of operation.
Control your patient schedule.
Set your fee schedule.
Keep 100% of exam/professional fees.
Lease Options For a fair market value lease agreement you can opt into:
Equipment/instrumentation.
Administrative and optometry‑tech support services (if state allows).
Minimum Qualifications
Doctor of Optometry (OD) from an accredited optometry school with a valid state optometry license.
Ophthalmologist (MD or DO) from an accredited school with a valid state ophthalmology license, a General Liability Certificate, Professional Liability Insurance Certificate, and a W‑9.
Additional Information Contracts are managed through Gumberg Asset Management Company. This role does not constitute an employment relationship with Walmart Inc. or its subsidiaries.
