Job Overview Amazon MGM Studios is the home for talent, creating and producing original films and television series for a global audience. Original series premiere exclusively on Prime Video, available in more than 240 countries and territories. The studio also produces and acquires original movies for theatrical release and exclusively for Prime Video.

We are hiring a Media Manager to join our growing Amazon MGM Studios Theatrical Media team. The role will be part of developing media plans, building effective presentations, and contributing to overall media strategy. Successful candidates will have media planning and investment experience, be nimble in a rapidly evolving environment, and eager to grow and learn.

Key Responsibilities

Support film campaign development, from broader strategy objectives to detailed plan execution.

Create and maintain media summaries for internal teams, executives, and filmmakers.

Assist in development of deck presentations, drafting documents and evaluations to support strategic decision-making.

Manage planning timelines and deadlines, ensuring accountability across teams for deliverables; organize deadlines and key dates into comprehensive calendars and documents to guide marketing teams.

Support the development of digital media briefs by capturing key campaign information across departments.

Maintain accuracy in all plan development by cross-referencing updated information and documents.

Assist in managing creative rotation strategy by tracking creative pipelines for linear and digital assets.

Assist senior team across all disciplines with project development.

Basic Qualifications

6+ years of professional marketing experience (non‑internship).

Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements.

Experience managing and measuring marketing performance across various channels.

Experience with Excel or Tableau (data manipulation, macros, charts, and pivot tables).

Preferred Qualifications

Experience managing external partners to develop marketing programs.

Experience presenting ideas to various levels of an organization to gain support for initiatives.
