Manager, Digital Marketing
Location Nashville, TN
Job Description Join the Digital Marketing team within the Strategic Marketing department at Warner Music Group. Work directly with artists, managers, and partners to create, strategize, and maximize digital marketing opportunities for the Warner Music Nashville roster.
Responsibilities
Brainstorm, plan, and execute digital marketing campaigns and oversee asset creation and delivery.
Interface directly with artists and managers to train and update them on emerging digital tools and engagement best practices across all social platforms.
Use Sodatone and other reporting tools to maintain social databases, produce analytics reports, and analyze short‑form content UGC.
Monitor audio asset delivery to TikTok and other social platforms and troubleshoot delivery issues.
Collaborate with e‑commerce and artist services teams to promote sales initiatives, email marketing, and fan engagement campaigns.
Manage content flow—including copy, videos, photos, and audio—across artist, management, and internal creative teams.
Provide guidance on using new digital tools such as CapCut and Canva Pro to optimize artist and label social profiles.
Lead a coordinator and approve social calendars, email schedules, and content plans.
Qualifications
3+ years of experience managing multiple social media platforms for an artist or brand, including copywriting and content creation.
Passionate about music and comfortable working in a fast‑paced environment.
Strong organizational, analytical, and self‑starter skills with exceptional attention to detail.
Excellent written and verbal communication; able to balance multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
Collaborative team player who takes ownership of tasks and drives innovation.
Preferred
Early adopter of new platforms and technologies.
Experience working with artists and artist‑management teams.
