This role focuses on delivering advanced supply chain planning solutions using SAP IBP to drive digital transformation in Intelligent Spend and Supply Chain areas.
Objectives Work in SAP Customer Services & Delivery, a global organization supporting the world’s largest companies. Your responsibilities will include engaging proactively with customers, using a value‑based delivery approach, and ensuring high‑quality support across the ecosystem.
Main Tasks & Objectives
Gather requirements in process areas such as SAP IBP S&OP, Demand Management, Response and Supply, Inventory Management, Production Planning (PP), detailed Scheduling (PP/DS), and Advanced AATP.
Create the “to‑be” technology footprint, develop a solutions roadmap, and phase implementation approach.
Act as champion or expert in one or more functional areas like SAP IBP Demand Planning, Inventory, S&OP, Response & Supply, PP, PP/DS, and Advanced ATP.
Transform requirements into detailed solution architecture deliverables for strategic initiatives.
Collaborate with Domain Architects (Data, Infrastructure, Application, Security) to align solution architecture with enterprise standards.
Perform hands‑on system configuration and document business requirements, process flows, functional specifications, and solution designs.
Contribute to SAP Thought Leadership by providing content‑rich support at events and other media.
Education & Qualifications
Higher education degree.
Experience
In‑depth knowledge of supply chain planning with hands‑on exposure to SAP IBP.
7+ years of experience in SAP SCM and IBP consulting or aATP/Product development, Integration CPI‑DS, RTI, and SDI.
5+ years of hands‑on experience in SAP IBP or S/4HANA aATP.
Strong knowledge of the logistics process.
Knowledge of Business Technology Platforms (BTP), SAP Joule, SAP Build Process Automation, API/oData, and Machine Learning is an added advantage.
Experience in one or more programming languages (e.g., ABAP, Java, C++) is an added advantage.
Ability to conduct root cause analysis and troubleshoot complex technical issues.
Solid understanding of current market environment and IT trends.
Outstanding presentation and communication skills.
Tolerance for ambiguity and ability to thrive in a dynamic environment; self‑starter who delivers high‑quality content on tight timelines.
Team player with proactive networking attributes, results‑oriented and execution focused.
Fluent in written and spoken English.

Compensation Range Transparency The targeted combined range for this position is $94,000 – $159,900 (USD) per year. The actual amount offered will be within that range, depending on education, skills, experience, scope of role, location, and other factors.
