Base Pay Range $135,000.00/yr - $145,000.00/yr

Assistant Manager-Talent Acquisition @ Synechron | Global Recruitment We are seeking a highly skilled Generative AI Engineer with practical experience in Agentic AI systems to join our innovative AI team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in designing, developing, and deploying advanced generative models, along with hands‑on experience in building autonomous, agent‑based AI frameworks capable of decision‑making and goal‑oriented behaviours.

Additional Information: The base salary for this position will vary based on geography and other factors. In accordance with law, the base salary for this role if filled within Iselin, NJ is $135k - $145k/year & benefits (see below).

The Role Responsibilities

Design, develop, and optimize generative AI models such as GPT, diffusion models, or other transformer-based architectures.

Develop and implement agentic AI systems capable of autonomous decision‑making, reasoning, and interaction within complex environments.

Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to integrate generative and agentic AI components into real‑world applications.

Conduct research to improve the efficiency, safety, and robustness of autonomous AI agents.

Evaluate model performance, troubleshoot issues, and refine algorithms for improved accuracy and adaptability.

Stay abreast of cutting‑edge advancements in generative and agentic AI, contributing to the company’s innovation roadmap.

Document technical designs, methodologies, and experimental results effectively.

Requirements

Bachelor’s, master’s in computer science, AI, Machine Learning, or a related field.

Strong expertise in agentic AI frameworks and systems, including autonomous decision‑making, planning, and multi‑agent interactions.

Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, along with deep learning frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, or JAX.

Extensive experience working with Microsoft Azure Cloud, including deployment, scaling, and management of AI/ML workloads.

Experience with reinforcement learning, reinforcement learning from human feedback (RLHF), or other decision‑based learning paradigms.

Solid understanding of NLP, computer vision, or other relevant domains depending on application focus.

Familiarity with cloud platforms, GPU/TPU infrastructure, and deployment pipelines.

Excellent problem‑solving skills, creativity, and ability to work independently and collaboratively.

Preferred, but not required

Hands‑on experience deploying AI models in financial or equities contexts.

Familiarity with data pipeline development and big data processing tools.

Previous experience working in a fast‑paced, innovative environment.

Experience with multi‑agent systems and emergent behaviors.
