Responsibilities
Assisting on full life cycle projects
Generating creative design solutions within project parameters
Translating concepts into images
Participating in the development of construction document detailing
Assisting with contract administration
Coordinating with consultants
Qualifications
This is an in-office position in Orlando, FL
NAAB-accredited degree in Architecture or equivalent
Professional registration or anticipation of registration
4+ years of experience, preferably in commercial architecture
Proficiency in Revit; experience with other 3D software is a plus
Experience with design documentation, construction administration, and consultant coordination
Strong skills in master planning, conceptual design, and technical detailing
Ability to coordinate project deliverables and communicate effectively with clients
Collaborative team player with confident presentation skills
