Job Summary

Oversee manufacturing operations and the production management and supervisory teams for the plant. Incorporates organization-wide operational safety regulatory compliance, quality assurance, and cost control policies and programs into the manufacturing processes at the location. Monitors production metrics, responds to and resolves problems, and recommends process improvements, new technologies, and methods to maximize operational efficiency. Collaborate with leaders to manage and resolve workforce or labor issues and develop long-term solutions. Job Location

This is an onsite position based at our Bulls Gap, TN facility. Job Responsibilities

Operational Management: Oversees daily manufacturing operations, ensuring efficiency, safety, and quality. Monitors production metrics and analyzes data to identify areas for improvement. Team Leadership: Leads, mentors, and develops the manufacturing teams. Fosters a positive work environment that encourages teamwork, accountability, and continuous learning. Conducts regular performance evaluations and provides constructive feedback. Strategic Planning: Collaborates with site leadership to define long-term manufacturing strategies. Identifies and implements lean manufacturing principles and methodologies to enhance productivity. Develops budgets and forecasts for manufacturing operations, monitoring variances. Quality Assurance: Establishes and maintains quality control processes to ensure products meet specifications. Leads root cause analysis efforts for production issues and develops action plans to resolve them. Schedules and oversees audits related to quality. Safety & Compliance: Promotes and enforces a culture of safety, ensuring compliance with all health and safety regulations. Conducts regular safety assessments and implements corrective actions as necessary. Continuous Improvement: Leads initiatives aimed at process optimization and cost reduction. Champions the implementation of new technologies and innovative solutions in the manufacturing process. Gathers and analyzes feedback from team members and stakeholders to drive ongoing enhancements. Job Requirements

Bachelor's Degree in a related field required, Master's Degree or MBA is preferred. 8+ years of experience in manufacturing management, preferably in a senior leadership role. Strong background in lean manufacturing principles, Six Sigma methodologies, and process improvement techniques. Excellent understanding of manufacturing processes, supply chain management, and quality assurance practices. Ability to lead, inspire, and motivate a diverse team. Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data and metrics. Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey information clearly and concisely. Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timelines and deliverables are met. Familiarity with manufacturing technologies, ERP systems, and data analysis tools.
