Quechan Casino Resort & Paradise Casino . As a Front Desk Supervisor, you’ll be the face of our hotel — ensuring every guest enjoys a seamless, welcoming experience from check‑in to check‑out. You’ll guide our front desk team, handle guest inquiries, and keep operations running smoothly. Under the supervision of the Front Office Manager, the Front Desk Supervisor is responsible for overseeing and coordinating the daily operations of the front desk, reservations, and valet. This role ensures all guests receive exceptional service from check‑in to check‑out, while maintaining the highest level of professionalism and hospitality. The supervisor will mentor and lead Front Desk Agents and Night Auditors, manage guest requests, resolve issues, and collaborate with various departments to enhance the guest experience. High School Diploma or GED required. Previous experience in hotel front desk operations or guest services, with 1–2 years in a supervisory role. Proficiency in property management systems (PMS) and reservation software. Must pass pre‑employment drug/alcohol screen, random drug and controlled substance abuse tests, background investigation, obtain and maintain gaming license in California if applicable. Native American preference and/or experience with Native American culture and government preferred. Tribal preference given to enrolled tribal members. Seniority level
