Role and Responsibilities
Develop and implement comprehensive supply chain strategies to ensure seamless delivery of mobile phone parts, aligning operations with corporate goals and focusing on efficiency, cost optimization, and scalability.
Streamline end-to-end supply chain processes, including procurement, inventory management, and distribution for mobile phone parts.
Leverage data analytics and technology to identify bottlenecks and implement solutions for improved efficiency.
Establish and maintain strong relationships with key suppliers and vendors to ensure the timely delivery of high-quality parts.
Negotiate contracts and manage supplier performance to achieve cost savings and quality improvements.
Identify and mitigate supply chain risks, including disruptions, geopolitical issues, and regulatory changes affecting mobile phone parts.
Ensure compliance with industry standards, environmental regulations, and ethical sourcing practices.
Collaborate with R&D, manufacturing, marketing, and sales teams to align supply chain activities with product development and market demands.
Drive initiatives to enhance sustainability, reducing carbon footprint and promoting circular economy practices.
Manage cross‑functional teams from Product Planning and Product Management to support readiness for Care product launches.
Ensure reports and projects are complete on time, accurate, and properly distributed.
Travel 20 % across the U.S. for location visits, training, and meetings.
Project manage weekly reporting and re‑cap sessions.
Maintain a weekly schedule that allows flexibility and partner touchpoints.
Facilitate vendor meetings and quarterly business reviews.
Provide MX Care leadership with timely, relevant insights into the readiness status of launch‑critical deliverables.
Skills and Qualifications Minimum Qualifications
B.S. degree in a technology or business‑related field.
7–10 years of experience in service, operations, supply chain, and strategy.
Advanced Microsoft Office Suite skills (PowerPoint, Excel, Access) and excellent database management.
Expert knowledge of a specific supply chain operation or product group and a general understanding of all operations from factory to customer.
Ability to identify and predict problems within the supply cycle and authority to make changes to processes and personnel to meet objectives.
Skill in developing, reading, preparing, interpreting, and understanding product shipment information from order and shipping documents to ensure accurate transportation documentation.
Experience in project management, problem‑solving, and excellent follow‑up.
Excellent organizational and communication skills, both written and verbal, with heavy data reporting of results.
