Overview Stratfield is seeking a Project Coordinator with documentation writing skills to centralize and manage content changes to standard operating procedures across multiple quality and compliance programs. This contract role (full-time hours) will coordinate cross-functional updates to standard operating procedures (SOPs), manage release calendars, and equip stakeholders and vendors with timely communications and content for them to build training materials.

This is a contract role, hybrid based in Atlanta with ~5% travel outside of Atlanta. Sponsorship is not available for this position.

Responsibilities

Identify, document, and communicate SOP/content changes for the Standard Operating Procedures.

Coordinate with cross-functional partners to ensure changes to the SOPs are clear, accurate, current, and aligned to business objectives.

Project manage the creation of forms and instruments (from concept to launch) for special studies, pilots, and limited-time initiatives.

Precisely capture wording and operational impacts of changes; maintain consistency in terminology across all channels.

Partner with program leads to determine training needs within the related programs; coordinate delivery (e.g., webinars, videos, slide decks) with internal teams and vendors/auditor networks.

Ensure timely updates of relevant Quality content on the intranet/SharePoint and maintain version control.

Manage a release calendar for content/requirements changes and track the approvals.

Serve as the centralized hub for distributing content updates to program managers (audits, mystery shop, test studies, self-assessments, training updates), vendors, and restaurants.

Qualifications

5–8 years of experience in technical writing with program/project management, quality, or operations experience within the quick service restaurant industry (preferred).

Demonstrated SOP authorship/editing skills with meticulous attention to detail and terminology consistency.

Excellent written and verbal communication; able to synthesize inputs and convey decisions to diverse stakeholders.

Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent projects, deadlines, and stakeholders (internal and external).

Experience coordinating training enablement and vendor/auditor communications.

Strong collaboration skills; self-motivated and organized.

Nice to have: background in Process Quality or Process Improvement programs.
