Demand Planning Transformation Lead (Sr Manager), MT SC Digital Johnson & Johnson is currently seeking a Demand Planning Transformation Lead to develop and deploy the MedTech Plan System transformation program for Demand Planning across all MedTech BU’s and Regions.

Location: Belgium, Switzerland, or New Jersey. The role reports to the MedTech Plan Product Owner within the J&J MedTech Supply Chain Digital organization.

Position Overview This position has a global responsibility to develop and deliver the demand planning system vision and strategy, aligning with senior stakeholders and ensuring successful program delivery. The role will shape the MedTech Plan System vision, standardize underlying plan technologies, and partner with senior executives within the MedTech Supply Chain functions.

Tasks & Responsibilities

Shape the MedTech Plan System vision & strategy for Demand Planning to transform the MT planning landscape.

Develop & deploy Demand Planning system/capability roadmap, managing complex interdependencies.

Lead the program design, governance, budgeting, and resource planning.

Manage the operational delivery of the program, including team and schedule management.

Deploy the program and keep abreast of emerging planning concepts and technologies.

Establish strong alignment with J&J Technology, MT SC Digital, Commercial, Business Unit Supply Chain, and Regional Value Chains.

Qualifications & Experience

Master’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Business Administration, Mathematics, Operations, or equivalent; MBA preferred.

Minimum 7 years of progressive experience in leadership roles within Operations, Supply Chain, or large transformation programs.

Minimum 5 years of plan business experience.

Demonstrated people‑management experience and ability to build high‑performance teams.

Strong knowledge of MedTech supply chain.

Project Management certification (FPX PL or PMP required; FPX SME preferred).

APICS/Lean Six Sigma certification preferred.

Experience leading complex, global programs in a distributed environment.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

Outstanding strategic thinking, planning, communication, and influencing skills.

Ability to work in a complex, multi‐system environment.

Hands‑on project delivery and management of project timelines.

Strong stakeholder management (senior leaders, vendors, third parties, subcontractors).

Understanding of end‑to‑end supply chain interactions and interdependencies.

Expert knowledge of Supply Chain Planning processes, advanced planning technologies, and digital acumen.

Excellent financial and business acumen for multi‑year investment plans.

Global experience with multiple countries/regions and cultural awareness.

Strong analytical, quantitative, communication, and presentation skills.

Understanding of external supply chain trends and emerging best practices.

Travel Requirements 20–30 % international travel.

Preferred Locations Diegem, Belgium; Raritan, New Jersey; Zug, Switzerland.
