A 3‑year rotational program that offers accelerated career growth through hands‑on learning and diverse experiences. As a participant, you will rotate through various functional areas to expand your business acumen and broaden your skill set. What You’ll Do
Exposure to senior leadership. Opportunity to lead and develop projects. Impact early in your career. Develop influential leadership skills. Experience manufacturing components in the power/utility industries. You will have opportunities in several areas: Procurement / Demand Planning Operations Management Leadership Finance Customer Focus What You’ll Need to Excel
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in mechanical engineering, industrial engineering, or applicable field. Graduated with a 3.2 GPA or greater. Geographic mobility; rotations vary in location. Demonstrated leadership experience. Two or more relevant internships or work experiences (Operations, Manufacturing, Project Management, Supply Chain, Logistics).
