Strong knowledge of insurance business processes, workflows, and best practices

Ability to effectively collaborate with cross‑functional teams and stakeholders
Experience managing remote teams and working in a remote environment
Proficiency in project management methodologies and tools
Certifications in project management (e.g., PMP) is preferred.
