(Hybrid/Flexible) We’re seeking a visionary and results-driven Director of Learning & Development to elevate the growth of our managers and executives through bold, scalable, and impactful learning strategies. Based in San Jose or Austin—you will design and deliver leadership development experiences that fuel our 10x culture, sharpen execution, and strengthen succession pipelines. This role is an exciting opportunity to shape how leaders at all levels grow, driving measurable business outcomes while nurturing a culture of continuous learning and inclusion. Key Responsibilities

Learning Strategy & Innovation – Leverage insights from market best practices, emerging trends, and industry benchmarks to design and deliver development programs and experiences for managers and executives. Embed Arm’s Leadership Principles (10x Mindset) into programs to drive culture transformation and performance. Utilize data and analytics to measure effectiveness, scalability, and business impact of all offerings. Build and manage partnerships with world-class learning providers to deliver cost-effective, scalable, and innovative solutions. Ecosystem Building – Develop a holistic learning ecosystem combining digital pathways, leadership community networking, high-impact leadership experiences, and more. Create a manager resource hub with tools, guides, and on-the-job support to help leaders build confidence and impact quickly. Lead a best-in-class onboarding experience for new managers and executives, ensuring seamless integration and accelerated performance. Coaching and Mentoring – Build relationships with senior business leaders to identify needs and partner with HRBPs to address priority leadership challenges, from driving behavior change to embedding feedback and coaching into daily practice. Lead Arm’s coaching and mentoring strategy, including vendor selection, program design, and impact assessment. Required Qualifications

10+ years of deep expertise in designing and implementing Leadership Development solutions at all levels – Executives, People Managers and Technical Leaders. Proven success building trusted partnerships with Executive-level stakeholders and influencing across a matrixed, global organization. Exceptional communication and facilitation skills — able to engage, challenge, and inspire senior leaders. Excellent project management skills with a demonstrated ability to lead projects from inception through completion while bringing stakeholders along. Strong understanding of leadership assessment tools and how to embed insights across the employee lifecycle. Experience managing vendors and budgets to deliver efficient and high-quality program outcomes. In Return
