Management and Program Analyst , you will partner with internal managers, employees, and external contacts to coordinate efficient and effective business and program operations in support of a diverse set of training programs.

Salary $63,163 to $98,422 per year. Salary is determined by grade, step, and location.

Travel Required Occasional travel may be required to support training program administration.

Responsibilities

Provide liaison and coordination services for business operations and training program administration.

Conduct registration, logistical, and financial coordination activities for in‑person and virtual training programs.

Serve as producer for program offerings in the virtual learning environment.

Develop written communications including data call responses, memos, presentations, and email communications.

Track program attendance and other tasks through Learning Management System (LMS) administration.

Utilize Microsoft SharePoint, PowerApps, Power Automate, and Forms to maintain program applications and support administration.

Requirements

U.S. citizenship or U.S. national.

Successfully pass a background investigation, including financial disclosure.

Pass a drug screening.

Submit resume and supporting documentation.

Registrations in the Selective Service (for males born after 12/31/1959).

Political appointees may require OPM approval before onboarding.

Telework eligibility follows the Telework Enhancement Act of 2010.

Qualifications

Minimum 11‑year GS grade. For GS‑11, one year of specialized experience equivalent to GS‑09 required.

Experience in a coordinating role responding to stakeholders concerning training program registration and logistics.

Ability to create and maintain systems that track training program activities and utilize registration databases.

Experience supporting training program activities with operational assistance, event coordination, and communication.

Experience conducting or producing virtual live training.

Doctoral degree (PhD) or three full years of graduate education may substitute for GS‑11 experience.
