The

Client Services Associate

will report to the Client Services Supervisor, Client Services Manager, or equivalent leadership.

Job Overview The Client Services Associate provides exceptional office and mail services, delivering operational functions in the following areas: processing inbound and outbound mail; distributing and delivering mail; shipping and receiving product and supplies to support the onsite business service center; replenishing, organizing, and ordering office supplies; ensuring copy and print machines are functional and stocked; serving as a backup to front‑office reception; and providing light maintenance and cleaning.

Overall, this position continually offers the highest level of service to all client and SPS employees while maintaining a professional company image with prompt, courteous, and efficient service.

Duties and Responsibilities

Deliver 5‑star customer service to all employees and guests.

Receive, sort, log, and distribute incoming mail and packages; manage outgoing shipments.

Maintain tracking records and serve as point of contact for mail and package inquiries.

Monitor and restock office, pantry, and supply areas; submit work orders as needed.

Operate and maintain multifunction devices, ensuring supplies and functionality.

Support conference room and meeting setups, including catering or hospitality needs.

Perform light maintenance, cleaning, and occupant move support when required.

Keep service areas neat, organized, and well‑stocked.

Provide reception or concierge coverage as needed.

Build professional relationships and deliver consistent, high‑quality service.

Competencies

Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.

Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

Familiarity with multifunction devices and office equipment.

Knowledge of shipping, receiving, and packaging procedures.

Able to work independently with accuracy and professionalism.

Qualifications and Education Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree preferred.

Minimum of 1 year of relevant work experience in office, facilities, or customer service support.

Strong organizational, time management, and problem‑solving skills.

Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.

Proficient with computer‑based systems and Microsoft Office applications.

Professional appearance, demeanor, and adherence to company policies and procedures.

Ability to work assigned hours and adapt to business needs.

Physical Demands

Ability to lift, carry, or move packages up to 60 lbs., including on wheeled carts.

Frequent walking, standing, bending, kneeling, and sitting for extended periods.

Manual dexterity to operate office equipment (phones, copiers, binding machines).

Regularly lift or move items weighing 40 lbs. or more.

Pay Range $17 - $19 USD
