Camping World is seeking a

Finance & Insurance Manager

to join our growing team. Are you working long hours in your current Finance & Insurance role or do not see the reward for your efforts? Camping World is looking for an experienced F&I professional with superior customer service skills. We want you on our team! The ideal candidate is someone who can hit the ground running or who is highly motivated to learn. In addition, we seek strong business acumen and sales aptitude and someone who is self‑directed by nature.

What You’ll Do

Select appropriate lender, secure approval, obtain customer commitment, and finalize delivery.

Manage placement of contracts while maximizing F&I PVR.

Assist sales desk in structuring deals.

Consistently adhere to all F&I office processes and flow of contracts.

Manage contracts in transit and ensure funding with constant communication with the business office.

Track and monitor F&I PVR, product penetration and lender penetrations.

Participate weekly in sales meetings regarding F&I training and issues.

Assist General Manager and Sales Manager in training sales staff.

Adhere to all company policies and procedures.

What You’ll Need To Have For The Role

Bachelor’s Degree preferred.

3–5 years of experience in Finance and Insurance products.

Menu selling experience required.

Business management experience in the automobile industry is a plus.

Effective oral and written skills, good time management, and professional dress, speech, and behavior required for this position.

Strong closing skills.

Strong organizational skills and ability to train finance and sales personnel.

Valid driver’s license.

May lift up to 25 lbs and/or move up to 50 lbs with assistive devices.

General Compensation Disclosure The pay range for this role considers several factors in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. It is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role, and compensation decisions are dependent on the factors stated. A reasonable estimate of the total annual compensation range (base pay + variable compensation earned) is $125,000 – $180,000+.
