Soliant is seeking a collaborative and student-centered School Psychologist to join our elementary team for the full 2025-2026 school year. This position will serve three elementary campuses, providing comprehensive psychological services and collaborating with interns at each site to support the evaluation caseload and counseling needs. The ideal candidate will have strong skills in assessment, consultation, and intervention, and a passion for supporting the academic, behavioral, and social-emotional growth of all students.

Responsibilities

Conduct comprehensive psychoeducational evaluations in compliance with state and district guidelines.

Collaborate with interns and staff to manage assessment schedules and caseload demands efficiently.

Provide direct counseling and intervention services to students, individually and in small groups.

Consult with teachers, administrators, and families to design and implement effective behavioral and academic supports.

Participate in ARD/IEP meetings, providing expertise in eligibility, interventions, and data-based decision-making.

Support crisis intervention and response efforts as needed.

Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with Texas Education Agency (TEA) regulations.

Serve as a mentor and resource to school psychology interns.

Qualifications

Valid Texas Licensure/Certification as a Licensed Specialist in School Psychology (LSSP).

Masters or Specialist-level degree in School Psychology or related field.

Strong knowledge of special education evaluation procedures, MTSS/RTI processes, and behavioral supports.

Excellent communication, organizational, and teamwork skills.

Experience working across multiple campuses or with diverse student populations preferred.
