Key Responsibilities Process Improvement Leadership
Drive cross‑functional projects using Lean and Six Sigma methodologies.
Facilitate impactful Kaizen events to eliminate waste and optimize workflows.
Mentor and empower leaders in continuous improvement best practices.
Quality Assurance & Compliance
Architect and implement robust quality frameworks aligned with industry standards.
Lead root cause analysis and corrective action planning.
Oversee quality documentation and audit processes to ensure compliance.
Data Integrity & Analysis
Safeguard data accuracy across operational systems and reporting platforms.
Analyze complex datasets to uncover trends, anomalies, and opportunities for improvement.
Collaborate with teams to strengthen data governance and reporting reliability.
KPI Development & Performance Monitoring
Design and deploy performance metrics and interactive dashboards.
Translate strategic objectives into actionable, measurable KPIs.
Deliver insights and recommendations to senior leadership for informed decision‑making.
Technical & Analytical Tools

Advanced analytical skills with proficiency in Co‑Pilot, ChatGPT, Grok, Power BI, Excel, or SQL.
