TRC Talent - Talent Acquisition Specialist
Prestigious Charlotte Corporate office is seeking a Controller to join its growing accounting and finance team. You will work closely with the Executive Team to oversee and support all accounting and financial operations.

Responsibilities
Collaborate with Executive team to spearhead and execute financial objectives and goals
Provide exceptional people-focused leadership for accounting team
Lead team in executing all efforts related to accounting including financial reporting, analysis, and preparation of financial statement in accordance with GAAP
Oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting including the development and production of internal reports to assist management and executive team
Review monthly excess cash calculations and capital requests
Prepare annual budget process
Preparation of annual audit report and response to auditor questions
Participate in Investment Committee presentations for new property investments
Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance
CPA preferred
5 plus years experience in commercial real estate accounting
