The Impact You’ll Make in this Role

Managing various elements of the QMS to ensure compliance and continuous improvement

Hosting customer audits and regulator inspections for the site

Leading internal audits

Supporting the CAPA System

Interpreting regulations and representing the customer to foster a quality culture and mindset throughout the plant.

Your Skills and Expertise To set you up for success in this role from day one, Solventum requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:

Bachelor's degree or higher in a science or engineering discipline (completed and verified prior to start) from an accredited institution

or 2 years of Quality Management Systems (QMS) experience in a private, public, government or military environment

Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:

ISO 13485, ISO 9001, and/or pharmaceutical audit and inspection experience

ISO 13485 Lead Auditor Certification

Technical writing skills

CAPA writing and coaching experience

Work Location

Onsite: Columbia, MO

Travel:

May include up to 10% domestic

Solventum’s compensation range for this position is $79,828 – $97,567, including base pay plus variable incentive pay, if eligible. Additional benefits may include medical, dental, vision, HSAs, flexible spending accounts, disability benefits, life insurance, voluntary benefits, paid absences, and retirement benefits.
