Lockheed Martin Rotary & Mission Systems (RMS) in Owego, New York is seeking a full‑time Circuit Card Design Engineer. In this role you will work closely with a team of engineers and will assist in multi‑functional product development for ruggedized military processing solutions, including digital circuit card design and platform system integration. Core Responsibilities

Collaborate with a cross‑functional engineering team to design rugged military processing hardware. Develop and evaluate digital circuit card designs and integrate them into platform systems. Assist in testing, validation, and troubleshooting of circuit card assemblies. Document design specifications, test plans, and results. Basic Qualifications

Master of Science degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related discipline. Working knowledge of basic electronic measurement equipment and the ability to take measurements with an oscilloscope, digital volt meter, spectrum analyzer, and/or measurement receiver. Skill in collecting, organizing, synthesizing, and analyzing data to develop conclusions and recommendations. Desired Skills

Analog, digital, and power supply circuit design. Familiarity with processor design & architecture. Test equipment skills (oscilloscopes, logic analyzers, etc.) and associated software. EEO Statement

The annual base salary range for this position in California, Massachusetts, New York (excluding most major metropolitan areas), Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New Jersey, Vermont, Washington or Washington DC is $70,100 – $123,625. For states not referenced above, the salary range reflects the candidate’s final work location. Other Important Information

Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to its employees. Schedules range from standard 40‑hour workweeks to condensed schedules.
