We have a career opportunity for an experienced Automotive Service Technician to join our Hyundai team in Rowland Heights, CA. Responsibilities
Perform work outlined on repair orders in an efficient and accurate manner
Test-drive vehicles and test components and systems
Perform repair, maintenance, and warranty work in a timely fashion
Road-test to confirm vehicle's repairs will meet or exceed customer expectations
Communicate with Service Advisor if additional service is recommended
Provide an estimate of time needed for additional repairs
Execute repairs under warranty to manufacturer specifications
Demonstrate outstanding customer service and maintain Customer Satisfaction Scores
Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications
High School diploma or Equivalent
2 years shop experience highly
Hyundai or KIA experience
Must have own tools
Outgoing, people-oriented, and foster an environment of collaboration
Proficient time management and organizational skills
Exemplary communication and customer service skills
Motivated, self-starter with a superior work ethic
Team player with a positive attitude
Pass background screening, pre-placement drug screening and must have an acceptable MVR
