Pulmonary Medicine is looking for a full-time Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join their team. The role involves practicing medicine with physician supervision, including conducting examinations, writing prescriptions, and managing patient care.
Responsibilities
Practice medicine with physician supervision including conducting examinations and writing prescriptions.
Collaborate with physicians in managing acute and long-term medical needs of patients.
Assess patient status by obtaining health history.
Order or perform laboratory diagnostic and other screening tests.
Treat illnesses, give injections, suture wounds.
Monitor therapies and provide continuity of care.
Counsel patient/family on preventive health care.
Participate in peer reviews, chart reviews, staff education, clinical guideline development, and other continuing education.
Compensation Compensation: $115,000 - $145,000 Annually. Roles may be eligible for overtime pay. CCP's compensation packages include medical, dental, vision, and life insurance; paid holidays; paid time off; retirement plan; and more.
