Job Summary
The
Manager, Treasury & Asset Management
is responsible for overseeing the company’s cash management, forecasting financial needs, and supporting capital planning initiatives. This role ensures efficient liquidity management, monitors key financial metrics, and provides analytical support for investment and operational decisions. The Manager will collaborate with cross-functional teams to maintain the financial health of the organization. Key Responsibilities
Cash & Liquidity Management Oversee daily cash operations to maintain liquidity and financial stability Manage Zero Balance Accounts (ZBA) and sweep accounts for cash efficiency Develop and maintain cash forecasting models Monitor cash inflows and outflows and maintain banking relationships Analyze cash flow trends to support financial planning Asset & Investment Support Assist with evaluating investment opportunities to maximize returns on cash reserves Support capital expenditure planning to align with company growth objectives Monitor farming asset performance to support operational efficiency Track key financial metrics (ROI, ROIC, Return on Net Assets) to inform leadership decisions Prepare reports and recommendations for management review Risk & Financial Governance Identify, assess, and help mitigate financial risks, including interest rate changes, FX exposure, and credit risk Support compliance with financial regulations and internal policies Prepare financial reports for leadership to guide decision-making Required Skills & Qualifications
Experience in finance, treasury, or asset management; experience in wine, alcoholic beverages, or agriculture is a plus Knowledge of cash management, forecasting, capital expenditure processes, and financial metrics Experience with budgeting or fiscal management Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills Ability to collaborate effectively in a fast-paced environment
