We’re looking for a driven Account Executive to join our Express Wholesale Lending team. This is a rare opportunity to step into a high-growth channel that’s supported by a market leader—not a blank slate, but a dynamic environment where your impact will be felt immediately. You’ll leverage Genesis Capital’s reputation, robust capital base, and cutting‑edge processes to build broker relationships, drive production, and help shape the future of wholesale lending.

Essential Functions

Source and onboard wholesale brokers specializing in Fix & Flip, Bridge, and Ground‑Up Construction loans.

Evaluate deal viability and ensure alignment with credit guidelines, structure transactions in collaboration with internal teams.

Manage and track pipeline activity through Salesforce and other CRM tools.

Execute consistent outbound prospecting and follow‑up to maximize broker engagement.

Represent Genesis Capital at industry events and networking opportunities to expand market presence.

Partner with leadership to refine processes and contribute to best practices for the channel.

Achieve and exceed KPIs related to broker onboarding, call activity, deal submissions, and fundings.

Education and Experience

2+ years in private lending, wholesale mortgage, or third‑party originations.

Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM platforms.

Proven track record of production—ability to demonstrate consistent monthly volume of $2M+.

Recognized performer in private lending or fix‑and‑flip space.

Established broker network or ability to build one quickly.

Strong understanding of business‑purpose lending products (Bridge, Fix & Flip, Ground‑Up) and underwriting principles.

Tenacious sales drive with comfort in high‑volume outreach.

Process‑oriented with a focus on mitigating risk and ensuring quality loan performance.

Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, results‑driven environment.

Ideal Candidate Profile
