Atlas Consultancy Group
Base Pay Range
$130,000.00/yr - $160,000.00/yr
Job Description The doctor-owner’s goal is simple: practice excellent medicine in a genuinely kind, teamwork-first environment, then give clinicians the autonomy and support to do their best work.
You’ll handle a balanced urgent care caseload with surgical opportunity and strong tech/assistant coverage. The clinic is thoughtfully designed for flow, with bright exam rooms, a spacious surgical suite, and a generous staff break area. Equipment includes surgical laser, ultrasound, digital dental radiography (handheld unit), and full in-house lab capabilities to keep cases moving. You’ll be the dedicated Urgent Care doctor on‑site, with real input into protocols as the service grows, while collaborating with a friendly team of experienced GPs, CVTs, and assistants.
Compensation is competitive with a pro‑sal structure (no negative accrual) and a healthy professional stipend. Benefits are comprehensive and include medical, retirement match, paid parental leave, ample PTO, and wellness perks. The schedule is stable: Friday through Sunday 10‑hour shifts plus a rotating weekday, so you can plan life outside the clinic.
