Our client is a small animal hospital in Chandler, AZ, part of an employee‑owned veterinary group with three locations. They are hiring a veterinarian to join their team. The practice offers excellent flexibility and support for a strong work‑life balance with daytime, swing, or overnight shifts.
Working Hours / Rota The hospital operates 24/7, providing full emergency services around the clock. The role can be structured as full‑time or part‑time, depending on the candidate’s preferences, and scheduling is highly flexible. Shifts are available across daytime, swing, and overnight hours to accommodate individual lifestyle needs.
Role Description and Responsibilities This position involves a full range of clinical responsibilities depending on the doctor’s interests and strengths, with mentorship available in any area. New graduates are welcome to apply and will receive a complete mentorship package. The hospital encourages professional growth and offers support to help veterinarians develop the areas they’re passionate about.
Practice Details The Chandler hospital is fully equipped for emergency and general practice care, supporting both scheduled and walk‑in cases. Candidate Requirements
Must hold the relevant degree(s) and additional qualifications to work as a veterinarian in the United States of America (USA)
Must hold, be in the process of, or be able to obtain a state license for the state they are applying to work in
Must have the right to work in the United States of America (USA), or be able to obtain the required visa to do so
Package Salary from $150,000 (Annual)
Base salary starting at $150k+ DOE
22‑28% production
