Family Nurse Practitioner – Whidbey Island, WA with 4-Day Week

A non-profit, critical access hospital located on Whidbey Island, Washington, is seeking experienced Family Medicine Nurse Practitioners to join their primary care clinic team. This is a full-time opportunity offering a balanced schedule and a supportive work environment.
Position Details Providers work a 4-day work week with 32 hours of patient care and 8 hours of administrative time, which can be completed remotely. The clinic operates Monday through Friday, seeing 16–20 patients per day. Call responsibilities are minimal, occurring only a few times per year, and involve telephone call coverage; additional pay is provided for these call duties.
Compensation & Benefits
Salary range: $131,000–$154,888, plus productivity and quality incentive bonuses
Sign-on bonus

Qualifications
2+ years of experience as a Nurse Practitioner in a primary care setting
Family or Adult-Gerontology Nurse Practitioner certification
