Senior Insurance Sales Closer – Prestige Trucking Insurance
We’re looking for a licensed, experienced, and results‑driven Senior Insurance Sales Closer to join our team at Prestige Trucking Insurance. This role goes beyond closing deals—you’ll be a strategic leader who drives performance, mentors producers, and helps elevate the overall sales culture within the agency.
This is a great fit for someone who thrives under pressure, leads by example, and knows how to turn a quote into a sale while guiding others to do the same.
Responsibilities
Lead by example through direct outbound calling and high‑volume closing
Advise producers on sales strategies and techniques to help them grow professionally
Monitor and coach team members to improve performance and hit agency goals
Maintain and update client records with accuracy using internal tools
Provide insight on market trends, underwriting criteria, and customer objections
Help structure quotes and positioning for better closing ratios
Meet and exceed personal and team sales goals consistently
Requirements
Active 2‑20 Insurance License (Required)
At least 2 years of experience in insurance sales or commercial lines
Strong leadership, mentoring, or coaching experience preferred
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Highly organized and proactive with strong follow‑through
Bilingual (English/Spanish or English/Creole) is a plus but not required
