Role Summary
As a Private Banking Relationship Manager, you'll drive new business growth and deepen relationships with high-net-worth clients and healthcare practices. You'll serve as a trusted advisor, connecting clients to personalized financial solutions across lending, deposits, and wealth management. This is a relationship-driven role where you'll expand your professional network, make an impact, and help clients achieve their financial goals. Key Accountabilities
Develop
new client relationships through proactive outreach, networking, and referral partnerships. Drive
profitable growth in loans, deposits, and assets under management by identifying and meeting client needs. Partner
with private banking account executives and colleagues across business lines to deliver comprehensive financial solutions. Manage
portfolio quality through active monitoring of loan renewals, financial performance, and covenant compliance. Deliver
exceptional service and advice that consistently exceeds client expectations. Collaborate
with internal partners to retain existing clients and support total relationship growth. Engage
in community and professional organizations to build visibility and strengthen referral networks. Provide
financial insights and guidance on market trends and banking solutions to support client success. Education & Experience
Required: Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or related field, or equivalent experience 8+ years of sales experience with strong knowledge of banking products and advanced credit skills Proven success in business development and portfolio management Preferred: Experience working with high-net-worth or healthcare clients Formal credit training or advanced financial planning experience Benefits
