What you will do:
Configure the GTreasury system to correctly output banking file formats, based on the clients scope.
Test and troubleshoot file formats, payment scenarios, and other client requirements.
Interpret bank technical documentation and translate requirements into system specifications and outputs.
Identify process, systems, or content gaps in implementation and make recommendations on how to meet client needs.
Build on existing documentation of best practices to help facilitate future projects.
Who we are looking for:
Ability to implement and prioritize multiple projects and tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Strong self-motivation, follow through, and initiative.
Ability to learn effectively from other team members and develop deep banking and payments industry knowledge over time.
Experience with Pain001, NACHA, and MX messages, or any other financial technical formats is a plus.
Understanding of industry standard connection channels like SWIFT, SFTP, or API.
Experience with Corporate back-office banking processes and/or implementations is a plus.
Strong abstraction and conceptual thinking skills.
Excellent listening, presentation, and consultative skills.
Proven organizational, leadership, and interpersonal skills and proven success working directly with clients.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to interface and influence at multiple organizational levels.
Education Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Finance or Computer Science, or equivalent work experience.
What You Will Get:
A high impact, high visibility role at a growing SaaS company that values personal growth, accountability, and the concept of good work.
A great management team and reporting structure that supports you and your growth.
