Highland Pointe Animal Hospital

is looking for a dedicated Technician to join our team and continue the great care we provide. In this pivotal role, you'll combine hands‑on clinical expertise with mentorship and team coordination, ensuring both pets and people receive exceptional service every day. If you're ready to take the next step in your veterinary career and make a meaningful impact, we’d love to meet you.

We will consider training a pre‑veterinary student or a student currently enrolled in a veterinary technician program that demonstrates excellence in learning, teamwork, and client service.

Key Responsibilities

Patient Care : Deliver compassionate and high‑quality care to animal patients.

Veterinarian Support : Collaborate with veterinarians, ensuring all procedures are executed efficiently and effectively.

Anesthesia Monitoring : Oversee anesthesia administration and monitoring during surgical procedures.

Training and Development : Engage in ongoing training to stay current with veterinary practices.

Full‑Time Benefits and Compensation

Compensation:

$18–$24/hour, for each hour worked*

Bonus Package:

Up to $2,000, based on experience and licensure

CE Allowance:

$500 for first year & $1,000 every year following for LVTs

Our services include general wellness, surgery, emergency care, and treatment of exotic pets, all supported by modern diagnostics like digital radiology, ultrasound, and an in‑house lab.
