Overview Are you a dedicated Speech‑Language Pathologist seeking a rewarding opportunity to make a difference in students' lives? E‑Therapy is hiring! This full‑time position (37.5 hrs/week) starts ASAP for the 2025/26 school year and offers a starting compensation of $40/hr, commensurate with experience.

Location: Beach Park, Illinois (Remote/On‑Site options available). Grade Levels: K‑5th students. This role requires full dedication to delivering speech and language therapy services to students in PreK‑12 schools nationwide.

Responsibilities

Conduct comprehensive assessments of students' speech, language, and communication abilities.

Develop individualized therapy plans and goals based on assessment results and students' needs.

Provide direct therapy services, targeting articulation, phonology, language comprehension, fluency, and pragmatic skills.

Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other educational team members to support communication goals in classroom settings.

Incorporate evidence‑based techniques and therapeutic activities into sessions to promote speech and language development.

Monitor students' progress and adjust therapy plans to maximize outcomes.

Document therapy sessions, progress reports, and other relevant information accurately and timely.

Participate in IEP meetings and provide input regarding students' speech and language needs.

Maintain professional knowledge of AAC systems and assistive technology (preferred).

Qualifications

Master's degree in Speech‑Language Pathology from an accredited program.

Valid state licensure or eligibility for licensure as a Speech‑Language Pathologist.

Current ASHA certification required.

Experience providing speech‑language therapy services in a school or pediatric setting.

Proficiency with assessment tools and therapeutic techniques commonly used in pediatric SLP.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to collaborate effectively with students, parents, and staff.

Strong problem‑solving abilities and attention to detail.

Knowledge of AAC systems and other assistive technology (preferred).
