Duties
Conduct title review and resolution for real estate transactions.
Provide legal advice and counsel to clients on real estate matters.
Draft and review purchase agreements, leases, deeds, and other legal documents.
Represent clients in real estate closings.
Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
Communicate with clients, real estate agents, lenders, and other parties involved.
Handle negotiations and resolve issues that may arise during transactions.
Perform legal research and analysis related to real estate law.
Requirements
Excellent communication and responsiveness.
Strong customer and client service orientation.
High attention to detail.
Expertise in title review and resolution.
Minimum of 3 years of strong experience in real estate law and industry knowledge.
Licensed to practice law in Florida.
Licensed Notary Public.
Education Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
Certifications Must be licensed to practice law in Florida.
