Job Description
Under the supervision of the Administrator in the Information Capture & Banking Section (ICBS), the Staff Services Analyst (SSA) works as a team member of the Training Unit to provide ICBS workload training for staff. This includes, but is not limited to, updating, developing, and presenting training media and materials in classroom and 1‑on‑1 settings, both in-person and in a hybrid environment. The incumbent may also be assigned to the procedure team, providing analysis and updates to workload procedures in collaboration with internal customers and stakeholders. Responsibilities also include monitoring team mailboxes, working with the ICBS Analyst Team to ensure procedures and training support the department’s mission, performing quality review as part of the training process, identifying improvement opportunities, developing recommendations for operational gains, and offering general analytical support to managers and supervisors in resolving day‑to‑day operational challenges.
